About
Chelsie Silveira, LCSW
I’m a psychotherapist with nearly 15 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, OCD, relationship stress, and the relational patterns that quietly shape how they move through the world. My work focuses on the deeper emotional and attachment‑based patterns beneath anxiety — overfunctioning, people‑pleasing, emotional labor, boundary challenges, and the pressure to hold everything together.
Many clients come to me because anxiety is affecting their sleep, relationships, work, or confidence. Others come because they feel overwhelmed by responsibility, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from their own needs. I also work with individuals and couples in non‑traditional relationship structures, including ENM and polyamory, and I strive to create a space where all identities and relationship configurations feel welcome.
I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Brainspotting. These approaches allow me to treat anxiety and OCD effectively while also addressing the emotional and relational patterns that contribute to stress, burnout, and disconnection. When working with young children, I collaborate closely with parents to support the whole family system.
While much of my work centers on women who are strong, capable, and quietly exhausted, I also work with men, teens, children, and parents, and I welcome clients of all backgrounds.
I’ve been married for almost 15 years and have two children. I believe in practicing what I teach, and I don’t offer a skill or strategy I haven’t used myself. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels grounded, collaborative, and human — a place where you can understand yourself more fully and move toward a life that feels less overwhelming and more aligned with who you want to be.

Kaili Farhat, ACSW
I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, school stress, identity questions, or big emotions that feel hard to manage. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where young people feel understood and can show up exactly as they are.
I recently completed training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the leading treatment for OCD and many forms of anxiety. I integrate ERP with other evidence‑based approaches to help clients face fears, build confidence, and develop practical coping skills.
My style is collaborative, affirming, and culturally responsive. I value getting to know each person’s unique story and tailoring therapy to what feels right for them. I’m especially committed to supporting LGBTQ+ youth and families.
Whether your child is struggling or you’re seeking support for yourself, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on and move toward greater balance and resilience.
